Some anxiety issues need personal attention. One on one therapy sessions can be done IN PERSON
or via ZOOM.
This allows you to get personalized remedies as we get the root cause issues of your teen's anxiety.
Each session ends with a guided visualization which is recorded for repeated use, available whenever your child needs a calming reminder.
